Is it time to be true, to be YOU - without fear?

My name is Lynx Wildwood I am a Psychotherapist, a Mystic and Healer. My work is devoted to enabling you to free yourself of the burden of past hurts, to release fear, to live your truth and to express your divine potential.

My experience and knowledge as a mystic and therapist has shown me that we are all divine but many people spend their lives fearfully hiding this truth from themselves and others while apologising for their existence. This leads to dysfunction, pain and struggle on every level.

I qualified as a psychotherapist in 1997 when I completed my MA in movement/body based psychotherapy. I have developed my sacred therapy practice as a fusion of all my knowledge and understanding of the human experience. This has not only come from my academic and experiential training as a therapist, but has also come from my training as a mystic and my knowledge of the ancient Qabalah. This fusion serves the psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of the client and has proved over the years to be an extremely successful and vibrant method of healing. My work helps people to move from pain and trauma into health, spiritual growth and empowerment.
